At Women’s Fashion Sales, we want you to be as thrilled with your purchase as you would be finding that perfect 1950s cocktail dress at a flea market. While we carefully curate our retro collections for quality and style, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t twirl the way you hoped.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note about swimsuits & bottoms: For hygiene reasons, our swimsuits and bottoms (from the Bottoms category) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please choose these items as carefully as you would select your perfect pair of vintage gloves.
The Twirl-Worthy Return Process
- Submit your request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging.
- Ship your return to our address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable method.
- Receive your refund/exchange – See details below about processing times.

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 7-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement – about as long as it takes to hand-stitch a perfect hem.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange shipping costs will be calculated based on your new item’s destination.
International Returns
For our global glamour girls (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we wouldn’t want your package to go missing like a single earring at a swing dance.
- Refunds will be issued in USD.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your vintage treasure arrives damaged or defective (heaven forbid!):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label or replacement – because every vintage lover deserves perfection.
